Who is Jim O'Connor? Why should I Listen to Him?
Jim O'Connor is a
person who has dedicated his life to educating and helping as many
individuals as possible reach their absolute physical best. I
truly want to impact one person at a time by spreading the health and

It all started
back when I was a youngster growing up in Wisconsin. I loved sports,
exercise, and being active so much that I decided to get my B.S. in
Exercise Physiology to learn all the tricks of the trade so I could
improve my performance.
The educational
background led me into competitive bodybuilding, and personal fitness
consulting. So what would a young, Midwest college graduate really want
to do? Move to California, where it is warm, along with my book
knowledge and practical experience to train movie stars.
Well, it happened!
I have been a strength and conditioning coach/personal trainer for over
20 years. And yes, I have consulted with numerous celebrities,
fortune 500 executives, successful doctors, lawyers, and others who
really want to be shown the proper way to succeed. My valuable
experience includes well over 100,000 training sessions with individuals
just like you who have enjoyed life changing results. I know what
works and what doesn't!
I would like to
tell you about another passion of mine. Some people like reading
novels, watching movies, or reading magazines. I am different! I love reading the
