The U.S. Marshall’s Service recently seized over 1.3 million in bodybuilding supplements from the company LG Sciences LLC.

The FDA (Federal Drug Administration) flagged the following bodybuilding supplements: Methyl 1-D, Methyl 1-D XL, and Formadrol Extreme XL. If you are taking any of the muscle building supplements above, I encourage you to stop.

The supplements mentioned above were flagged because after testing they were found to contain one of more food additives that do not have enough data to suggest they are safe for human consumption.

Over the years we have all been taught to drink lots of water. Drinking water is believed to help your system burn more body fat, improve skin tone, and even expel toxins from your kidneys.
