1. What specifically do you want to accomplish,? What is your compelling reason why?
I recommend writing the answer to these down so you can see them on paper for yourself. You must be focused on exactly what you want to accomplish in your fitness training program, and why. Think about your answers, and get clear. Where focus goes energy flows.
2. Get your mind right.
You must have the proper mindset in order to accomplish your demanding workout goals. That means living in the positive, exercising patience, and focusing daily on what you want, not don’t want. Thinking like this takes practice.
