This book was the best. There is so much useful information inside that is easy to understand and written in such a way it reads guickly and you don’t have to dwell over each page to grasp it. It had the information I couldn’t find other places about the nutrients you need while breastfeeding and how to know that you can eat healthy and lose the weight without having to worry about depriving your child or yourself of the wonderful bond of breastfeeding.

Forget about going primal, paleo, atkins, zone, south beach, or low fat. Just go to the military, and you’ll lose fat almost immediately. Why? Because it does. I’ve never seen a fat soldier that just got out of BMT.
