Post workout variables! This is one addition I have made to my fitness program over the past few years. More so than ever, I am paying closer attention to what I do outside of the gym in order to reach my ultimate heath and fitness goals? Are you doing to same?
Most people finish their workout, and quickly forget about their fitness goals immediately after they leave the gym. I know because I was guilty of this years ago. Don’t let it happen to you!
