I recently began this killer workout and I’ve really noticed a difference. Im famished all the time so I can tell my metabolism is totally supercharged. I took my measurments before I got moving so Im going to wait a few weeks before I hop back on the scale. I actually had to put it up to resist the urge to step on and find out how much its changed.
