September! Are you ready for the sprint to 2009? Yes, 2009!
This is my favorite time of the year mainly because football starts; and the baseball playoffs begin. One week from today I will get a chance to see the Yankees vs. Angels at the BIG A of Anaheim. Looks like I will be dropping my wife, and daughter off at Disneyland while I hit the ballpark. Go Angels!
I just finished a recording for you that reveals a secret results boosting exercise tip that will put your cardiovascular results on overdrive. There is also good research to back it. I highly encourage you to incorporate this technique into your fitness program immediately. You will save time, and yield greater results. Listen to the short fitness audio below to get all the details.
Once again, Wellness Word is interactive. We love it when you talkback. What is your viewpoint on the audio? I’m listening! What are some other ideas to incorporate HIIT?

I’m a fitness instructor….I’ve been working with a class of middle age, overweight, out of shape women for about 6 months, using HIT. We use step class steps, and most started out on the floor, now most are up to two risers, and loving the workout…I do 2mins High + 2mins recovery, about 4 cycles.
I’ amazed they’ve stayed with the program and that the class is growing.
Hi Jim, thanks for providing good, honest training insights. I like the style and tone with which you deliver your knowledge and ideas. The audio segments offer solid advice with an injection of enthusiasm that I’m sure gets through to a high percentage of your listeners.
I’ve recently been to see an NFL game here in London at Wembley Stadium, where I was very impressed with the athletic abilities and physical size of the players. I am very much into bodybuilding but after watching these guys race around I’m keen to know if there is any advice you might be able to throw out for guys such as myself, who are very much into the weight training, but would like to have that total package that the NFL stars possess? Thanks again for providing top notch advice on training and nutrition. Dan, UK
This can be getting a little more subjective but for me I a lot prefer some form of step bench exercises. The user interface of every bench is colorful, has much more exuberance , and many awesome functions that let you quickly see some results to the body. Getting on some of those will center on what your body needs, and definitely will let you to find their way around exploring what could possibly be great for total wellness.
