Here are the specific numbers I discussed in the Part III audio.

Calcium – 1,000 mg/day  for under 50
 1,200 mg/day for 50+
 Men shouldn’t go over 2,000 mg /day

Thiamin (B  -1) 1.5 mg , Riboflavin (B-2) 1.7 mg, Niacin (B-3) 20 mg, and B-6 2 mg

B-12 6 mcg – under 50
  25 mcg – over 50 years old
  250 mcg – 500 mcg a day  – people who take acid blockers

Iron  18 mg/day for pre-menopausal women
  10 mg/day for men and post menopausal women

Zinc  8 mg/day (women) 11 mg/day (men)  Don’t take too much 40+ mg or more
Copper  0.9 mg
