There are a lot of suggested methods to lose fat, but most are inefficient, and very ineffective. It is sad to see most people waste time doing exercises or nutrition strategies that simple are not backed by scientific evidence, and really don’t work.  An example is someone walking on the treadmill 5 days a week for 30 minutes attempting to burn off enough calories to melt away body fat. Yes, calories are being burned, but not many.
